    ATTENTION CWEL Candidates and Supervisors!

    As part of the IllinoisConnect project, the Child Welfare and Employee Licence (CWEL) Complaints and Licensure processes are MOVING from the VTC to the new IllinoisConnect System!

     
    All CWEL Complaints and Licenses will be managed using a new website starting July 15, 2024.
